J&J Services 10 Year Limited  Warranty

Every fireplace screen from J&J Services is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 10 years from date of original purchase. A copy of the proof of purchase is required to obtain the warranty protection. This warranty is negated if the fireplace screen was damaged by unreasonable use or neglect not caused from defects in materials or workmanship.

J&J Services will repair, replace or exchange free of charge the fireplace screen or part, which is found to be defective from proper use.  The warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, he or she may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Some states also do not allow limitation on the length of the warranty, meaning that the above limitations may not apply to every customer.

To repair, exchange or receive a refund for  your fireplace screen send the fireplace screen or the damaged part, along with the proof of purchase to J & J Services, C/O Made by America, P.O. Box 80478, Simpsonville, SC 29680 or if you have any questions concerning the product warranty please call 864-299-1004.

This 10 Year Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration,  misapplication, improper installation, improper maintenance, service by you or any third party. J&J Services is not held liable for any incidental or consequential costs or damages due to the sale or use of this product caused by the consumer or by any other user.
